Travelling on a motorbike always brings about unforgettable memories. It is a mix of lots of memories.

 

It may include the laughing of a passing by girl, the sound of an encountered motorbike, the hot and tasteful coffee on top of the mountains and even sad stories of the travel mates, those road curves in Yen Minh, Sung La, Sam Pun and Meo Vac, etc. the mountains, forest, villages and also the tiredness caused by thousand kilometer trips.

 

Free style travelers when they meet up in a café in Hanoi, the nearby table people may be surprised at their story talking about their missing for the “Long roads!”.

 

Without once riding a motorbike, running windy uphill, under the sunshine, through misty pine forest, feeling a bit floating on the clouds, passing by humble villages, you will never be able to understand the love and missing the free style travelers have for the roads they have gone.

 

Ha Giang – Such winding roads, is a collection of photos through which I want to send my love and missing to the remote northernmost part of the country, where I had once stepped through – Ha Giang rocky plateau.
